243 LS2/6 heads

Im selling the heads that were on the Goat. They are being finished up at Edge Bros right now. The valves were checked and the heads were pressure checked. No problems with the heads at all. Installed new valve stem seals and put the same springs back on as they were fine as well. They checked the spring pressure to make sure it wasn't falling off either. Springs are PRC .650" lift, dual springs with 12k miles on them.

$600

That a nice price, especially if you just want to slap them on an LS1.

How would these work with a 5.3 truck motor?

I'm not sure. I would have to look up the chamber size of the LS2 and the 5.3L heads. I know they will flow better but compression would be the questionable factor

Yeah, i have read so many magazines lately i cannot remember what the latest craze is for LS motors. I distinctly remember something about 6.0l heads on a 5.3 block and an aftermarket cam being a healthy yet affordable combination.

I do want to do a cam...

so Pacesetter headers, ORY, LS6 intake... those heads and a F-13 cam, looking at 400 HP at the wheels?

Only HUGE issue I see is I'm at 111k miles, but the car 2 months ago was bone stock, with owners who used it for highway driveing and as the last guy said, "rarely ever squeeled the tires".
