I think most diesels have them standard. I know my in-laws have a '99 PSD and even around here it gets hard to start in 30* weather. Might be because of the glow plugs but they still keep it pluged in if its gonna be cold.

my durmax came with it all ready installed i belave robs did too, but it a cheavy dont need it lol well least i havent yet even in the 30deg mornigs we have had

My lil old 86 golf starts up fine in jacksonville cold weather, newer trucks come with them but i doubt you need it in jacksonville weather.

its really not needed unless you are up farther north, most Dmax's dont have a problem until you get closer to 0 and into the negatives.

yes I have one on mine. I did plug mine in last year when it was a cold out, only because my truck takes forever to heat up.....

Not to hijack or anything, but my SS has a factory block warmer because it was inteded to stay in Canada, lol. Hence the car's number C085. Ed Hamburger told me the 'C' stood for Canada. Pretty unique...though it's never been unrolled and used.

I think im going to start using mine when its in the 30s overnight on a timer an couple hours before I leave for work, I think it would help the super rediculous warm-up time not to mention being easier on the engine.
