spark plugs

im going to be running a 100 shot what kind of spark plugs would be best to run with my afr 185s and the shot?

is there a motorcraft one or any other brands that you would suggest? what is a good gap to set when running nitrous? and how much timing should i run when spraying a 100 shot?

I usually run the NGK plugs one to two steps colder and Gap at about 35 for Nitrous stuff.
