1st Blood

Well I went to Marine chevy tonight driving the SS to show my wife all the new camaros and as we pulled out the back entrance across from the Olive Garden. There was a new SS in front of me (White with orange stripes and that ugly ground effect kit). and I think he noticed me when i pulled up behind him at the stop sign. Well he made a right turn towards Gumbranch, same way I was going to get home.He pulls into the right lane and floors it, well I had to take the far left lane. I wanted to get her straighted out 1st before I got into it, since he had the closer lane I had to make up for lost time.
Anyway I get straighted out and floor it and passed him about an 8th mile down the road. needless to say he got in the far left turn lane after that, near the BP at the corner of Henderson. It was nice to see what $38,000 will get you Vs my used car. lol

I wish I could get a good race... definitely agree though... if your not going for the new look it is just not worth the money... these people just don't understand... and I will be an honest man I am not the fastest on the boulevard...

Ha ha I raced one of the managers from marine chevy with a maroon 1ss with silver stripes. After I smoked him I heard from one of his employees that he got smashed by an old black ss with a cam and nitrous....too bad mines only bolt on, lol

Nice stories, well I do drive mine often now that Im home, It has 8,200 on it now, if its nice out Ill usually drive it. I did just replace the alternator last week so some things just break over time and not wear.
